Beijing Stock Exchange (BSE) has made a new breakthrough in establishing itself as a major hub for serving those innovation-oriented SMEs. According to the latest market statistics report,  the BSE added 77 new listed companies in 2023, raising CNY 14.628 billion through public offerings. By the end of 2023, the number of listed companies on BSE reached 239, with the combined market capitalization soaring to nearly CNY 450 billion. Led by BSE, the National Equities Exchange and Quotations saw an addition of 326 quoted companies throughout the year, marking a year-on-year increase of more than 20 percent and demonstrating a continuous improvement in market functionality.
