On September 7, the signs for "Asian Games Channel" and "Asian Para Games Channel" were shown on the LED displays above the exit-entry channels at the immigration inspection station in Beijing Capital International Airport, with the LED floor display showing "Asian Games Channel" also attracting great attention.

Athletes participating in the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou are expected to start arriving in groups on September 9, with some delegates already on site. Between 12:00 on August 24 and 12:00 on October 23 (GMT+8), each foreign participant of the Asian Games this year can enter and exit the Chinese mainland freely with a valid passport or any other international travel document, and an E-HAGIAC (the electronic form of Hangzhou Asian Games Identity and Accreditation Card) issued by the games' organizing committee. The same applies to those participating in the 4th Asian Para Games in Hangzhou between 12:00 on September 22 and 12:00 on November 12 (GMT+8).

Beijing Capital International Airport is one of four recommended entry and exit ports for the Asian Games this year. Given this, the Beijing General Station of Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection has deployed police forces and made port clearance traffic forecasts in advance. The number of the special channels and that of the guidance personnel present at the airport have also been increased. The number of channels and that of the police officers on duty will be adjusted according to passenger flow to ensure the safety and orderliness of the border inspection processes.
