In collaboration between Xicheng District Commission of Urban Management Committee and Amap, the real-time dynamic information of over 2,000 parking spaces in 11 parking lots has been uploaded into Amap's App to address the shortage of parking spaces and make parking easier for everyone. The parking lots are located at Xidan Joy City, Hanguang Department Store, and Xidan THE NEW. It will now be easier for citizens to find somewhere to park by checking real-time parking availability at major shopping malls in the commercial district of Xidan.

Among the 11 parking lots covering over 2,000 spaces, three are located at the office building of Grand Constellation, Pan Pacific Hotel, and Shanshui Hotel, with a total of 400 parking spaces, in addition to those at the major shopping malls. Moreover, the aforementioned three parking lots are all situated within a 500-meter radius of one of the shopping malls, allowing pedestrians to reach them within a five-minute walk.

According to the preliminary testing reports, the accuracy of dynamic parking data for the 11 parking lots has significantly improved. Once officially launched, the accuracy of the information of available parking spaces is expected to reach 100 percent.
