The 2023 Carnival Summer event of Beijing Shijingshan Amusement Park is  held from July 8 to August 31. Between July 10 and August 31, visitors,  for the first time, can enter Beijing Shijingshan Amusement Park at any  time during the opening hours without paying admission fees.

This summer, the park also opens at nighttime, with the opening hours  adjusted to 9:00-22:00. More than 50 entertainment facilities are open  to visitors and a variety of ticket packages are available with  discounts.

During the event, 20 new food stalls are set to provide dozens of  popular snacks around the world, such as Mexican burritos and Scottish  fried eggs. Diners like Geesonke, Cinderella Coffee, Fanfou, and  Fangyuan have offered meals with more discounts.

The supporting facilities have been upgraded this year, and the  sun-shaded leisure area and five indoor theme diners in Shuangqu Plaza  have been renovated. Also, the park will hold parade floats. New areas  for water splashing are set in East Park and West Park, where visitors  can get basic water splashing equipment to enjoy the fun of water  fights.

In the nighttime, visitors can enjoy the Starry Mist Forest, Castle  Light Show, and the parade with luminous floats, and take pictures at  various spots of fantastic lighting, as if entering a magic world. In  East Park, visitors can enjoy the immersive light show in front of the  newly-built colorful pagoda-shaped facility. In the Aviation World area  of East Park, visitors can try aviation-featured food and watch live  performances of bands and catwalk shows.

Reminder: Visitors can enjoy free admission during the event but still need to complete real-name reservations in advance.
