On June 20, Beijing Fengtai Railway Station marked its one-year milestone since its opening. According to data from China Railway Beijing Group, the station has served nearly 16 million passengers over the past year. Covering an architectural area of approximately 400,000 square meters, Beijing Fengtai Railway Station is the first super-sized station in China, boasting a unique design that adopts the double-layer yards－with bullet trains running atop and regular-speed trains running on the ground.
