To enhance the business environment related to foreign affairs and effectively contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of the capital, the Exit-Entry Administration of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Beijing Overseas Talents Center have established "joint application of two permits" windows for foreign workers' work permits and work-type residence permits at the Foreigner Exit-Entry Service Hall of Shijingshan Sub-Bureau. The new service windows enable foreign applicants who meet the qualifications for a Class A, B, or C work permit, as endorsed by the Beijing Overseas Talents Center, to submit their applications quickly and conveniently. Class A permit applicants can anticipate a processing time of five working days, while Class B and C permit applicants should allow for a processing time of seven working days.

The Foreigner Exit-Entry Service Hall of Shijingshan Sub-Bureau is located at No. A-3, Gu Cheng Nan Li, Shijingshan District. The office hours are 09:00 to 16:30 from Monday to Friday (except statutory holidays).

Following this new service site, 15 "joint application of two permits" service sites will be available in Beijing. These service sites are distributed across 12 districts, including Dongcheng, Xicheng, Chaoyang, Haidian, Fengtai, Shijingshan, Tongzhou, Shunyi, Changping, Daxing, Huairou, and Yanqing.
