Foreigner Work Permit Service Window of Beijing Municipality Government Service Center Temperately Closed for Onsite Service
The
Government Service Center of Beijing Municipality announced that its
service window handling work permit-related business for foreign
nationals employed in China would be down for maintenance from 9:00
am on November 16, 2022. Information concerning the reopening date
for the service window will be issued at a later date. The following
adjustments have been made for work carried out during this period:
1. Whole-process online service will be provided for all types of business with the relevant materials to be submitted after the service window reopens. In the event of specific inquiries, applicants are asked to call 606-40-800 or submit inquiries by email (wzzx20181102@126.com).
2.
For business requiring onsite attention, individuals are invited to
visit service windows of the districts they have selected when
providing basic information of their employers. Relevant information
about each district's service windows can be found in the table
below.
3. Employers may delay the renewal of foreigner work permits' chips and the collection of certificates. In the event of a serious need to obtain a certificate, please visit Area A, F2, the Government Service Center of Beijing Municipality. The contact number for obtaining certificates is 89153972.
