Beijing Yili Bread Food Company’s Yili Restaurant was once the first western-style fast food restaurant in Beijing. As a part of its reopening, two restaurants have opened, which have attracted many return customers.

Yili Restaurant opened in the Xirongxian Hutong in the south of Xidan in 1984, which was the first western-style fast food restaurant in Beijing.

A new Yili Restaurant, located at No. 5, Dongjing Road in Xicheng District, was opened before the 2022 National Day holiday. Still fashioned in the retro style of the Yili Restaurant of the 1980s, the new restaurant has also incorporated more refined details. More importantly, the price is more affordable than before.

The new Yili Restaurant provides an updated menu, such as Beijing-style dishes and breakfast, a surprising feature to many customers.
