Apply for the Talents (R) Visa Through Beijing Port Visa Authority

A letter identifying the talent issued by the competent departments and an invitation letter issued by the host units stating the reason for emergency entry (1 original)
Instructions for Foreigners Applying for Port Visas - C (Crew) Visa

An invitation letter (1 original ) issued by the competent department of the People's government at or above the county level and transportation companies in such fields as civil aviation, railway, highway, ports to state the reasons for emergency entry.
