The Chaoyang International Talent Entrepreneurship Conference 2022 got underway recently. Registration for the Global Entrepreneurship Competition is open until mid to late November. Global entrepreneurs are invited to register through the Chaoyang International Talent Port (https://www.chytalents.gov.cn/).

The competition will consist of four tracks plus the X special track. The four leading industry tracks are the new generation of information technology, artificial intelligence, digital security, and digital culture respectively. The X track is based on current characteristic fields and will feature the latest cutting-edge technology.

The competition will be divided into three stages, namely a preliminary round, semifinals, and a final round, and will be held from mid to late November to mid-December for two competition regions: China and overseas, with sub-divisions consisting of Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, Central Asia, and other areas.

The conference will offer one-time incentives and subsidies to outstanding projects after their implementation in Chaoyang as follows: CNY 5 million for one grand prize, CNY 2 million for each of the two first prizes, CNY 1 million for each of the four second prizes, CNY 500,000 for each of the six third prizes, and CNY 200,000 for each of the 30 excellence prizes. Core members of the projects awarded third prize or above will also be included in the Chaoyang District High-Level Talent "Phoenix Plan" and the district's talent service support system.
