BEIJING, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- A show themed "The Little Prince" opened during the National Day holiday at Beijing's Deshengmen, one of the capital's old gate towers.

The Little Prince, a Western story of a young prince who left his tiny asteroid behind and journeyed through the universe, interacts with traditional Chinese culture in the ancient tower with a history of over 500 years.

In the exhibition organized by Beijing Numismatic Museum and Poly Performing Arts Co. Ltd., some plots from "The Little Prince" are displayed through advanced lighting and shading technology, bringing a new experience to the audience.

The show will run until Feb. 26, 2021, according to the Beijing Numismatic Museum.
