Catalogue of Industries for Encouraging Foreign Investment (2022 Edition)

This Catalogue is developed to implement the Foreign Investment Law and the regulation on its implementation and to encourage and guide foreign investors to invest in particular industries, fields, and regions as needed for national economic and social development.

This Catalogue consists of two parts: the National Catalogue of Industries for Encouraging Foreign Investment and the Catalogue of Priority Industries for Foreign Investment in Central and Western China.

The Catalogue of Industries for Encouraging Foreign Investment (2020 Edition) issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China on December 27, 2020, shall be repealed from January 1, 2023.
