Recently, the National Public Resource Trading Platform (Beijing) unveiled the EPC bidding plan for the landscape water system supporting project (Phase I) of the Universal Beijing Resort. According to the plan, Universal CityWalk Beijing Pier and Nuo Resort Pier will be built for the Resort. The water system will also be installed with river lighting and installation of artistic light and shadow installations to attract more tourists to the resort.

The Grand Canal and Universal Beijing Resort are two dazzling tourist and cultural attractions in Beijing Municipal Administrative Center (BMC). After the completion of the two piers, tourists will not only be able to take boat tours in the waterways of the Universal Resort Area, but also directly reach the Grand Canal along the water route.

In addition to two new piers, Universal Beijing Resort also has many highly anticipated projects such as WellTown, Haichang Ocean Park, and Apex Park. Once completed, they will offer tourists with more exciting and diverse entertainment scenes. It is expected that these projects will add over nine million visits to the Universal Beijing Resort area.
