As one of the most important Beijing Olympic venues, CNCC has established strict ecological standards and systematic guarantee systems. The design and construction of CNCC is an inspired good example and acclaimed for a series of "green elements", such as the central vacuum system, Beijing's first central refuse collection system, partly natural air-conditioning, and the uniquely designed roof to collect rainfall.
