【Ticket Purchase Rules】

Method: To purchase tickets, valid identity information must be provided for real-name registration, including the buyer's name, phone number, ID number, etc. Any minor aged three and above must hold a ticket for entry. Each ticket can only be used by one person. Children under 12 years of age must, at all times, be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above). After purchasing successfully, holders of tickets must also present their valid ID documents for verification to enter the venue.

About refunds: Refunds can be made free of charge by users between 18:00 on November 18, 2024, and 18:00 on November 20, 2024, during the customer service office hours (from 10:00 to 19:00) of the ticketing platform. From 18:00 on November 20 until 9:00 on November 27, a refund fee equivalent to 20 percent of the ticket price will be charged for any refunds made. After 9:00 on November 27, no refund or ticket-changing applications will be accepted.
