Following a cultural relic restoration project lasting over six months, Beijing Ancient Architecture Museum welcomed visitors once again on July 18.

After restoration, the furnishings and exhibits of the Altar of Agriculture (Xiannong Altar) and its surroundings have been restored to their original states. The newly laid ceremonial pathway showcases a clearer depiction of the activities carried out by emperors from the Ming and Qing dynasties within the Altar of Agriculture.

Furthermore, Zaisheng Pavilion, recognized as the "sole surviving example of the Ming-style official architecture" by experts in the field of ancient architecture, stands to be unveiled to the public for the first time with its unique double-eaved structure of a gabled roof.
