On April 22, the 2024 Beijing Guo Zuan Restaurant List was released, which includes catering businesses in various formats such as formal meals, fast food, and snacks. Restaurants specializing in the dishes of major Chinese cuisines like those of Shandong, Sichuan and Beijing are on the list.
As the representative ones of high-quality restaurants, 10 restaurants made their way into the "Jingzhi List" of the 2024 Beijing Guo Zuan Restaurant List, namely Da Dong Roast Duck (Fucheng Road branch), Hua's Restaurant (Siheyuan main branch), 99 Yurts (Qinghe branch), Lao Lao Fu Hotpot (Yayuncun branch), LU STYLE (Beijing Huayu branch), XICHUAN CUISINE (Guomao branch), Songhelou (Global Trade Center branch), Tang Palace (Jiangtai Road branch), Wangshunge Fish Head Soup and Soaked Bread (Shijingshan branch), and Zi Guang Yuan (Tongzhou branch).
The "Shihui List" demonstrates the development trend of mass-market restaurants, which includes 15 restaurants including Dahaiwan (Tianqiao branch), Hai Tang Ju (Beijing West Railway Station branch), Huli Chunfeng (Lize branch), Huatian Yanji Restaurant (Xisi main branch), Man Jie Dumpling (Jinbao Place branch), Qunsheng Dayuan (Huairou branch), April Puffer (Zhongguancun branch), Wangshunge Hotpot (Xiaoying branch), Xiaodiao Litang (Baishiqiao branch), Zi Guang Yuan (Yuquanying branch), Zi Guang Yuan (Niujie branch), Zi Guang Yuan (Xizhimen branch), Zi Guang Yuan (Taihu branch), Zi Guang Yuan (Maqiao branch), and Zi Guang Yuan (Changying branch).
In addition, 42 restaurants, including Villa Castanea, Tongheju (Yuetan branch), and Hongbinlou Restaurant (Zhanlan Road branch), were listed as "Jingzhi List's Selected Restaurants". Eight companies, including Meiweizhai, Kao Rou Liu (Qian'er Hutong branch), and Lao Men Kuang Hot Pot (Huaxiang branch), were listed as "Shihui List's Selected Restaurants".
In the meantime, the 2025 Beijing Guo Zuan Restaurant Guide was launched, which features signature dishes of these listed and selected restaurants, along the ways to place orders.
