On February 10, 2023, EATAria opened a new restaurant in Beijing's Future Science City Energy Valley, the first Spanish restaurant in the area. EATAria's third restaurant in Beijing makes the gastronomical treats and enchanting lifestyle of Spain accessible to the enterprises in the Future Science City and the residents nearby.

EATAria Premium Coffee and EATAria Spanish Restaurant are located at B102, Tower C, Future Center. Food and beverage tasting events were held at both establishments on the opening day, featuring hand drip coffee, organic tea, bread, French desserts, and Spanish tapas and wine. These fun events showcased EATAria's long-term commitment to natural, organic food and a Future Science City community platform that will improve quality of life for locals.

EATAria was founded by Linda, a foodie formerly employed in the IT industry, and Kevin, a chef who previously worked in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Spain, eventually attracting dedicated coffee, baking, and French cuisine enthusiasts into its team. Since its founding four years ago, EATAria has opened two Spanish restaurants, with one in the Jianguomen Embassy Zone and another in the Shunyi Central Villa District, both popular with the locals. Its third restaurant will continue to share the pursuit of natural, organic food with the world-class elite of the Future Science City community, bringing top-notch international cuisine and food culture to enterprises and residents in the area.
