The 2nd Beijing International Flower Port Lantern Culture and Art Festival (the "Festival" for short) will be held from January 25 to February 12, 2025, running for 19 days.

The Festival will present over 40 groups of lanterns with different shapes and unique craftsmanship, along with special tour routes designed, allowing tourists to walk through numerous dazzling lanterns at this cultural feast of light and shadow effects.

Dragon and lion dances, Hanfu performances, creative parades featuring the characters from Journey to the West and clown elements are just a few of the many cultural performances and interactive activities taking place during the event. Moreover, it will present tourists with performances featuring amazing traditional Chinese skills, including Tianqiao acrobatics and Datiehua (sprays of melted iron), a national intangible cultural heritage item of China.

It is reported that the "Pass for the 2nd Beijing International Flower Port Lantern Culture and Art Festival 2025" will cover the entry into the Flower Port Scenic Area and the Butterfly World, allowing visitors to enjoy the rich and colorful activities in one day, which include lantern viewing, folk performances, gastronomical offers, and interactive games. The scenic area will also launch interactive activities and entertainment programs designed for families, young couples, and friends.

By bus: Take the No. 850 Express Bus from Dongzhimen (东直门) Stop to Shunyizhongyiyuan (顺义中医院) Stop, where you can transfer to the Sightseeing Bus Shun No. 5 and get off at Beijing International Flower Port.

By subway: Take Subway Line 15 to get off at Shunyi Station, where you can transfer to Sightseeing Bus Shun No. 5 and get off at Beijing International Flower Port.
