On the afternoon of July 4, the Dongba Night Carnival - 2nd Bachao Football League (Diplomatic Envoys Invitational Tournament) was held at Dongba Hengyue No. 8 Football Park in Chaoyang District. Nearly 140 participants (diplomatic envoys and their family members) from 18 countries took part in the event.
