The 2025 China-Europe Talent Forum will take place in Madrid, Spain on September 25. With the theme "Sharing, Coexistence and Win-Win: Embracing the Intelligent Era and Joining Hands for Innovative Development", the forum aims to capitalise on opportunities presented by the age of AI, deepen China-Europe exchanges and cooperation in talent development, and pool wisdom and resources to drive technological innovation and industrial growth of both sides.

This forum is co-hosted by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Talent Work and the Adecco Group Switzerland, organized by Beijing State-owned Capital Operation and Management Co., Ltd. and Beijing Institute of Talent Development Strategy, co-organized by the Chinese Embassy in Switzerland, the Chinese Embassy in Spain, Peking University and Beijing Overseas Talents Center, with guidance from China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration.

The program consists of an opening ceremony, a main forum, and two roundtable sessions. More than 150 participants — including officials from Chinese and European government departments and international organizations, leaders of multinational enterprises, presidents of leading universities, and experts from research institutions and renowned think tanks — will gather for in-depth discussions. They will conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions through keynote addresses, thematic speeches and round-table dialogues, alongside the signing and launch of multiple China-Europe talent cooperation projects.

Since its founding in 2018 by the Chinese Embassy in Switzerland and the Adecco Group Switzerland, the China-Europe Talent Forum has been successfully held six sessions. This year marks the first time the forum will be held in a European country outside Switzerland, and in the future it will rotate across different European countries.
