On August 22, the 2025 "Sino-Hungarian Friendship Voices" Summer Choral Carnival kicked off at Shouchuang Langyuan Park, a cultural industry park in Shijingshan District.

During the event, two Sino-Hungarian choral concerts will be staged in turn. The Mecsek Choir from Pécs, Hungary, and 10 outstanding Chinese choral groups will jointly perform more than 20 Chinese and Hungarian folk songs. The Hungarian choir and Chinese choral groups will also visit Gongbei Pavilion in Shougang Park, the Camel Bell Ancient Road in Moshikou, and Fahai Temple, to experience the charm of the integration of rich cultural heritage and modern flair in the district. There will also be master classes on the chorus of Chinese and Hungarian nations, where on-site guidance will be provided for choir rehearsals, allowing participants to learn about the Hungarian singing methods and experience the charm of Hungary as a "country of music" up close.

There are also a series of featured activities waiting for everyone! The "Pearl of the Danube" Light and Shadow Corridor (a photo exhibition) is underway in the main hall of Langyuan Pixel Gallery, showcasing exotic customs from Budapest's streets, the scenery of Balaton Lake, and more through more than 80 pictures. The exhibition will open daily from 9:00 to 17:00 until August 24.

Also, from August 22 to 23, you can enjoy more than 10 kinds of Chinese and foreign culinary offers and characteristic drinks at Langyuan between 17:30 and 21:30; a mini market and intangible cultural heritage workshops will also open during the same periods.
From August 22 to 24, you can also come to Moshikou Historical and Cultural Block to attend a Hungarian wine sampling salon, enjoying music while savoring fine wine.
