On March 28, at the World's Leading Science and Technology Park Development Forum, a parallel session of the 2025 ZGC Forum Annual Conference, the Zhongguancun (Chaoyang) Industrial AI Industrial Park was officially unveiled as China's first industrial AI industrial park.

Centered on the BEZ International Electronic Headquarters, the park spans a planned floor area of approximately 520,000 square meters. Since its establishment, it has attracted leading enterprises in the industrial AI sectors including those dedicated to industrial intelligent agents, industrial large AI models, visual inspection, industrial predictive maintenance, industrial software/systems, industrial design, etc. By leveraging the "anchor" roles of leading firms of the industry chains, the park is expected to drive growth among SMEs and high-potential startups, to develop and continuously optimize a robust industrial AI ecosystem.

The park will strategically develop specialized platforms across several domains including computing power, algorithms, data, and applications. A number of public service platforms are also under development, which will serve the interconnection of computing power, industrial intelligent agents, industrial data, and matchmaking of industrial scenarios. The park also strives to improve an industrial service ecosystem that focuses on the roles of enterprises, accelerate the adoption of industrial AI technologies in the manufacturing sectors and more, expedite the transformation of enterprises, and enhance industrial development capabilities, thus creating a nationally leading industrial AI innovation cluster in China.
