Memories of the Firmament: The Nantianmen Project Science Fiction and Science Exhibition at China Millennium Monument

The Nantianmen Project is an original Chinese science fiction franchise inspired by aerospace technology. It envisions a global strategic defense system built around large-scale aerospace carrier platforms, advanced space fighters, and tactical mechs. Spanning 3,000 square meters, the exhibition features two immersive exhibition floors, three major space combat zones and 23 interactive experiences, along with full-scale mech suits and fighter jet models. Blending Chinese mythology with hard science fiction, the exhibition offers an engaging combination of science education and spectacular visual displays.

Dates: July 8–October 11 (Closed on Mondays)

Venue: Contemporary Art Hall, South Plaza, China Millennium Monument

A limited number of 10,000 early-bird tickets are available for 68 yuan. (Regular ticket price is 108 yuan).

ASTA+: Naked-Eye 3D Digital Art Exhibition

The exhibition is built around three original Chinese digital art franchises—PANGU, ASTA, and FERRIX—creating an immersive naked-eye 3D experience. Upon entering this digital mythological world, visitors are invited to go on a journey alongside the three characters through realms inspired by Eastern philosophy, mythic creation, and mechanical transcendence. During the exhibition period, special weekend evening programs will feature digital humans alongside cross-disciplinary live music performances. "MAKE Friends"(我的机器人朋友) 2026 Robot Exploration Exhibition

Covering an area of 1,000 square meters, the exhibition features over 20 interactive installations and three live robot performances, bringing the futuristic worlds of science-fiction blockbusters to life. It brings together leading Chinese robotics companies, including Unitree Robotics and AGIBOT, creating a fully immersive experience where visitors can watch, touch, explore, dine and shop.

"Footprints Among the Stars: A Date with the Far Side of the Moon" (星辰足迹——月背之约) Immersive Space Science Exhibition

The exhibition combines precious physical exhibits and large-scale VR immersive experiences. It displays a number of aerospace artifacts that can be considered national treasures of China, supplemented by high-definition graphics, footage from missions and high-precision spacecraft models tracing the full development of China's lunar exploration program. A VR-powered sci-fi drama, created based on the real data collected through space exploration, is presented to the public for the first time. Visitors can experience every stage from rocket launch, spacewalk, to crewed moon landing and other scenarios, and get amazed by breathtaking effects such as meteorite impacts, cosmic radiation, and solar storms, all from a first-person perspective.

Archive of Possible Worlds–2026 International Tech & Art Exhibition

As the inaugural exhibition of the Bird's Nest Tech-Art Center, it showcases nearly 150 works exploring the intersection of technology and art, spanning digital art, immersive interactive installations, and AI-generated works. The exhibition is structured into three thematic sections: Future Imaging and Sci-Fi Visual Industry, Eastern Aesthetics and Digital Civilization, and AI, Interaction, Future Bodies, and Speculative Design. Through dynamic light and shadow, videos and images, and surround sound, the exhibition creates an immersive environment that invites visitors to explore, interact with, and experience the artworks firsthand.

Dates: April 30, 2026–April 27, 2027 (Closed on Mondays, except public holidays)

"Spiritual Land: Future World of Inspiration" (灵境・未来灵感世界) Immersive Light and Art Exhibition

Powered by AIGC, VR and motion capture technologies, this exhibition creates a 2,200-square-meter immersive metaverse space. It consists of three major zones: Time-Space Portal, Gravity of Inspiration Zone, and Future Evolution Field, along with 16 immersive interactive art installations and a range of cutting-edge technology showcases, guiding visitors through the evolution of art and technology, from prehistoric rock paintings to future civilizations.
