The 28th China Beijing International High-Tech Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "Expo") will run at the China National Convention Center in Beijing from May 8 to 10. Themed "Science and Technology for a Better Future", the Expo will spotlight cutting-edge technologies and the future industries, with six thematic exhibition zones arranged. A series of sub-events on emerging technologies and the development of the future industries will also be launched, along with several promotional sessions for trade and investment.
Covering a total exhibition area of approximately 50,000 square meters, the Expo will hinge on Beijing's key industries, highlight the "AI +" action plan, and feature six exhibition zones on various themes, including information technologies, medicine and healthcare, intelligent manufacturing, green & carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, tech finance, and regional innovation. It will present the innovative achievements of the leading-edge fields and the future industries, including AI, robotics, aerospace economy, and blue economy. This year, a dedicated zone for chain master enterprises will also be established to present frontier trends and systematically demonstrate technological layouts and industrial ecosystems.
During the Expo, the World Conference on Development of Emerging Technologies and Future Industries, trade and investment negotiations, and interactive activities for science education will be held, pooling resources across the entire industry chain of the sci-tech sector to facilitate the matchmaking between technologies and market, industries and capital.
Meanwhile, the digital platform of the Expo will have many functions upgraded, such as business appointment scheduling and online negotiations. It will provide global exhibitors and participants with an immersive digital experience, marking the transition from a time-limited exhibition to a matchmaking platform that will function year-round.
