On January 28, the launch ceremony for Beijing 2022 Global Culture Tour was held at Beijing Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Exhibition Center.

The themed promotional event was jointly started by Beijing Organizing Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
