When you look from the high ground of the Shougang High Line Park, the Big Air Shougang (Shougang Ski-Jumping Platform) appears like a "floating" ribbon, beautiful and smooth.

At present, the construction of the major part of the ski jumping platform has been completed, but the audience stands and broadcasting areas are still under construction. In order to prevent dust on the construction site, Li Hongji, supervisor of environmental protection and safety of the Winter Olympics Property Division of Shougang Park Comprehensive Service Company, goes to the construction site to ensure the increase of the times of water spraying whenever he is free, and tells the construction staffs to clean up, cover and carry away dust-prone materials in time.

In 1998, after graduating from the university, Li Hongji joined the Shougang Group and worked as a furnace operator. "The job was well-paid , but the working conditions were very tough."

Today, taking the preparation for the 2020 Beijing Winter Olympics as an opportunity, Shougang Park is speeding up its transformation towards the goal of "cultural revival, industrial revival, ecological revival and vitality revival." In the park, Xiuchi Lake and Qunming Lake are rippling with light, the blast furnaces and cooling towers in the distance stand majestically, the New Shougang Bridge appears grand, and the Yongding River on the west side meanders and disappears over the horizon. The entire park is a feast for the eyes for people.

"I am very happy to see the factory slowly turning into a big garden!" As an employee who has experienced the transformation of Shougang Group, Li Hongji said that the blue sky and white clouds are the beautiful footnotes of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. "With better environment, our life will become better!"
