Hello. The birth certificate was introduced after 1996. Since you were born in 1980, a Birth Certificate was not issued at that time. Relevant proof can be provided based on hospital delivery records or other medical documentation from that period.

If you need to obtain your medical records, according to the Regulations on Medical Record Management in Medical Institutions (医疗机构病历管理规定), "medical institutions shall establish medical record management departments or assign personnel responsible for medical record management".
