Thank you for your interest in studying in Beijing. Information on the Chinese Government Scholarships can be found on the official website of the China Scholarship Council. For the Beijing Government Scholarships for Foreign Students, applications shall be submitted by students to their universities, and the universities shall decide on admissions and scholarship awards.

If you have a preferred university in Beijing, you can visit the new "Studying in Beijing" section of the International Web Portal of Beijing (https://english.beijing.gov.cn/studyinginbeijing/index.html). Here, you can access universities' websites for details on both the Beijing Government Scholarships and their own scholarships.
