Hello, We're 2 Canadians visiting China. We bought 2 Beijing Pass cards in Beijing. Now we are in Hangzhou and we are trying to recharge our cards, but in Hangzhou's metro counters, they said that they can’t recharge our cards. They said our cards can only be recharged in Beijing. Please let me know if that is true and if there is a way to recharge our cards online.

As verified, your BEIJING PASS card is in normal status. If you have already left Beijing, you may recharge it via the "SilkPass" APP on an NFC-enabled smartphone by following these steps:
1.Run the "SilkPass" APP and log in;
2.Tap "Tap card now" on the homepage;
3.Place your card near the phone's NFC sensing area and wait for the system reading the card information;
4.Select "Recharge", enter the recharge amount, tap "Next", and choose a payment method to complete the transaction;
5.Wait until the system indicates that your card has been successfully recharged. Please keep the card within the NFC sensing area during this process.
