Hello. According to Article 4 of the Interim Measures for the Participation in Social Insurance of Foreigners Employed in China (Decree No. 16 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security)《在中国境内就业的外国人参加社会保险暂行办法》(人社部16号令), employers hiring foreigners must complete social insurance registration for them within 30 days from the date of obtaining their employment permit.
You may log in to the Beijing Social Insurance Rights Inquiry Service Platform (https://fuwu.rsj.beijing.gov.cn/zhrs/sbqycx/sbRights/sbRightsHome) to check the individual social insurance records of insured personnel.
