On January 6, 2021, Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau opened a new Exit-Entry Administration Reception Hall at the Beijing Municipal Government Affairs Service Center near Liuliqiao.

Mon-Fri: 09:00-12:00, 13:30-17:00

Sat: 09:00-13:00 (except statutory holidays)

3. Scope of Service

For Chinese citizens: regular passport, Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau, Electronic Two-Way Travel Pass to Taiwan, replacement and reissuance of Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, application for one-entry Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, application for entry and exit permit, application of Taiwan residents for resettlement in the mainland, application for renunciation of Chinese nationality, inquiry for entry and exit records.

For foreigners: issuance, extension, replacement and reissuance of the 4 types of residence permits for work, study, reunion and personal affairs, extension, replacement and reissuance of 9 types of visas (visa type C, F, G, L, M, Q2, R, S2 and X2), issuance, replacement and reissuance of stay permit; application for permanent residence.

4. Notice

A. Walk-in cases will be accepted only for inquiries for entry and exit records and joint handling of foreigners' working permit and stay permit. Other cases are required to make appointment online in advance by visiting the website of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau(http://gaj.beijing.gov.cn/) or "北京公安出入境(WeChat ID: bjgacrj)" the WeChat official account of the Exit-Entry Administration of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau.
