Question: Q1: How shall enterprises get the transactions of existing non-residential properties between them registered in Beijing Municipality?

Two methods are available. Firstly, after both parties to a transaction submit the required application materials at a general affairs service window of the real estate registration hall, staff members at the service window will accept and review the application materials, levy the required taxes or fees, and register the transaction and issue the Real Estate Ownership Certificate on-site if all the requirements are satisfied. Secondly, the parties to a transaction can use Beijing's online service platform for real estate registration (http://bdc.ghzrzyw.beijing.gov.cn/eo). They can log in to the platform with their electronic business licenses, fill in their information, and submit the application materials online. After the parties successfully pass the online review by the tax and registration authorities and pay the applicable taxes and real estate registration fees, the buyer can collect the electronic certificate of real estate registration or choose mail delivery of the paper certificate.
