Question: Q1: How do newly established foreign-invested enterprises handle foreign exchange registration?
Answer: A1: According to the Notice of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange on Further Simplifying and Improving the Foreign Exchange Management Policy of Direct Investment (Hui Fa [2015] No.13), new foreign-invested enterprises may submit the following materials: Application Form for Registration of Basic Information of Domestic Direct Investment; Organization Code Certificate; copy of Business License for Industry and Commerce; Approval Certificate for Foreign-invested Enterprises or relevant competent authorities' approval documents (except those not required to be submitted according to regulations); any other necessary materials. They may then choose a suitable bank located in the area of registration to register the basic information of foreign-invested enterprises.
