It is reported that in recent years, Beijing, taking the opportunity of the construction of the "Two Zones" , has actively aligned with international high-standard economic and trade rules, steadily expanded opening-up, and implemented over 50 breakthrough policies, successfully attracting and implementing a number of landmark and leading projects. Last year, the State Council approved a Work Plan to Support Beijing in Deepening the Construction of the Integrated National Demonstration Zone for Opening up the Services Sector, and launched more than 170 pilot measures, bringing new development opportunities for enterprises.

The launching of the "Global Service Partner Program" demonstrates the sincerity to invite enterprises to come to Beijing for development.

At the event, the "Global Service Partner Program" was announced and introduced, together with explanations of its "1+9+8" model. "1" refers to the goal and vision, which is to gather and cultivate various service industry enterprises and institutions that meet the positioning of Beijing as the capital. '9' refers to the nine key service sectors, including technology services, cultural tourism services, information services, financial services, etc., which aim to recruit global partners for the construction of the "Two Zones". '8' refers to the eight integrated services provided to the "service partners", including high-level dialogues between government and enterprises, consulting services, policy matching, and demand communication.

This event included offline negotiation sessions, where key officials from various districts engaged in face-to-face exchanges with executives of multinational companies, representatives of foreign business chambers and associations, corporate representatives from the Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan region, as well as representatives of overseas Chinese business people.
