The pandemic has challenged the operation and development of many small and micro-sized enterprises. As a professional state-owned, policy guarantee institution, Beijing Zhongguancun Sci-Tech Financing Guaranty Co., Ltd. recently announced the Action Plan on Relief Policies for Technological Innovation Entities and Small and Micro-sized Enterprises in Beijing.

The plan includes 20 detailed policies, covering fee reduction, comprehensive services, and higher risk tolerance. The multiple measures are expected to help relieve difficulties facing Beijing's small and micro-sized enterprises and technological innovation entities, leverage the role of guarantee institutions in improving enterprises' credit ratings, and make a greater effort in taking social responsibilities, ultimately to boost the high-quality and stable economic development in Beijing.
