Beijing released a guidebook on Tuesday to help foreign asset managers with their business operations in the city, as part of its efforts to deepen financial opening-up. The Beijing Guidebook for Overseas Asset Management Institutions lists the city's supportive policies for foreign asset managers and the procedures for doing business. The guidebook was complied by the Asset Management Association of China, the Beijing Asset Management Association, the Beijing Private Equity Association and the CFA Institute, under the direction of local financial authorities.
