During the 2021 ZGC Forum, the upgraded website of the National Center for Science & Technology Innovation (NCSTI) was released to the public. The web address is www.ncsti.gov.cn.

The website has built new service modes such as "News +", "Service +", and "Data +". The website is divided into four parts: News, Benefits & Laws, Services, and Contact Us. It also includes over 20 sub-columns.

The website aims to aid in the development of Beijing as an international innovation center, to provide innovation entities with new one-stop and personalized service experiences, and to build information communication channels for technological innovation. It is an important window for Beijing and even China in improving the business environment and creating a first-class innovation ecosystem.

Building an official website for NCSTI was one of the key tasks for Beijing's development of international innovation center. The website is overseen by the Office for Promoting the Construction of the National Science and Technology Innovation Center of Beijing Municipality, and was jointly built by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park, the Publicity Department of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, and Beijing Municipal Bureau of Government Service and Management.

In the future, the website will continue to launch multiple versions in different languages in order to construct a comprehensive media matrix covering website, apps, WeChat, Weibo, and short videos.
