To enhance the business environment related to foreign affairs and effectively contribute to the high-quality economic and social development of the capital, the Exit-Entry Administration of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Beijing Overseas Talents Center have established "joint application of two permits" windows for foreign workers' work permits and work-type residence permits at the Foreigner Exit-Entry Service Hall of Shunyi Sub-Bureau since April 17th. The new service windows enable foreign applicants who meet the qualifications for a Class A, B, or C work permit, as endorsed by the Beijing Overseas Talents Center, to submit their applications quickly and conveniently. The processing time frame is five working days for Class A work permits and seven working days for Class B and C work permits.
