The CUBe Card is an innovative service package jointly launched by the Bank of China, China Unicom, and Beijing Municipal Administration & Communication Card Co., Ltd.. Each card, being essentially a 5G NFC SlM card of China Unicom, integrates the quasi-account-based e-CNY hardware wallet of the Bank of China and BEIJING PASS. After obtaining a CUBe card, you can gain access to its communication and transportation services, and pay with e-CNY. Each of the two applications uses a separate account, and the balances are not interchangeable between them.
Application Locations:
- Beijing Capital International Airport: China Unicom's service hall
- Beijing Daxing International Airport: the "Mobile Services" section of the Airport Service Counter, and China Unicom's service hall
How to Use:
After obtaining your CUBe Card, please place the card in the SIM slot 1 of an NFC-enabled Android phone. Next, tap "Settings" on your phone, enable the NFC function and set the SIM card as the default application for payment. Currently, the card is supported by the phones running Android and HarmonyOS systems, and each person can obtain a maximum of 3 CUBe Cards.
Service Coverage:
Communication: The communication services are available nationwide in China.
Consumption: The e-CNY payment function is applicable in all pilot regions. The BEIJING PASS can also be used in some designated parks, scenic areas, commercial consumption venues, etc.
Transportation: The BEIJING PASS can be used for public transportation in Beijing, including urban buses (excluding business shuttle buses, school buses, etc.), suburban buses, subway, the S2 line, and other means.
Top-up Services:

How to Request Refunds:
Communication: The service plan will automatically expire, and the remaining balance is non-refundable.
