The promotional event and first signing ceremony for the Lize International Financial City project were recently held under the theme "Growing Lize for a Win-Win Future". Multiple high-end commercial complexes, including a 200,000-square-meter CR Lize MixC, are set to be built along the 2nd Ring Road. These will significantly enhance the comprehensive international service capacity of the Lize area.

The overall project plan released by Lize Holdings Group shows that Plots 62, 63 and 65 have been successfully transacted for the first phase. This will release more than 400,000 square meters of premium industrial spaces, including 160,000 square meters for business and office spaces, 60,000 square meters for apartment hotels, and 200,000 square meters for CR Lize MixC, effectively addressing the current shortage of high-end commercial facilities in the area.

Situated at the core area of Lize Financial Business District's north zone, Lize International Financial City is a large-scale urban flagship project. Developed on a land of approximately 12.5 hectares with an above-ground floor area of 930,000 square meters, the project will focus on four core business formats: digital finance, corporate headquarters, technology innovation and R&D, as well as high-end commerce, aiming to create a multi-tiered, smart urban space for the future.

Lize International Financial City benefits from an integrated transportation network featuring "the convergence of five subway lines and the linkage of three major stations". Lize City Terminal, currently under construction, will serve as a multi-modal air–rail transport hub connecting five transit subway lines, and is expected to begin initial operations in the first half of 2027. Through this hub, the Lize area will be efficiently connected to the capital's core functional zone and the global transportation network, becoming a new gateway for Beijing to connect with the world.
