By focusing on industrial transformation to enhance efficiency, Shijingshan District has reached a new level in regional economic development, and enhanced its quality and efficiency as a key functional area. By expanding the influence of consumer finance along the "Chang'an Golden Axis" and issuing regional-themed credit cards named "Dian Shi Cheng Jin" (which means "turning stone into gold"), the district realized tax revenue of CNY 5.48 billion through the "Three Cards + Consumer Finance" initiative. (Notes: the "Three Cards" here refer to the credit card centers of China Everbright Bank, Huaxia Bank and the Postal Savings Bank of China, all by Zhengda Road in the district.)
A More Complete High-end, Precision and Cutting-Edge Industries System
Shijingshan has established a more complete high-end, precision and cutting industries system. Specifically, it has formulated eight financial support measures, successfully hosted the International Finance Forum and the Digital Finance Forum, launched Beijing's first comprehensive pilot zone for e-CNY, and issued China's first e-CNY hardware wallet. The district is also home to Beijing Stock Exchange Service Base. It has realized a revenue of CNY 130 billion in the modern financial industry.
