Liu Yuhui, male, Han ethnicity, was born in March 1967. He holds a doctorate degree in Law and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). Liu is currently a member of the Party Leadership Group of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality, Vice Mayor of Beijing, and Chairman of Beijing Disabled Persons' Federation.

Responsibilities:

Liu is in charge of work related to education, civil affairs, human resources and social security, veterans affairs, and public complaints.

Liu oversees Beijing Municipal Education Commission (Education Supervision Office of the People's Government of Beijing Municipality), Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Beijing Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau, and Beijing Municipal Public Complaints Office.

Liu is in charge of liaison with Beijing Disabled Persons' Federation and Beijing Garrison of the PLA.
