Beijing Poly Plaza, located at the southeast corner of Laiguangying Station on Subway Line 14, is now open to the public. Situated at the heart of the northern Wangjing area and the Laiguangying area, the plaza is built on a space formerly occupied by Auchan and B&T Home. The shopping mall features a variety of first stores, trendy toy spaces, and quality restaurants, as well as a 1,600-square-meter super-sized bookstore. The mall also houses a dreamy, photogenic art installation "Midsummer Night's Dream". Let's explore more of it→
Upon entering the mall, you will be greeted by the stunning "Midsummer Night's Dream" art installation in the central hall of its East Building. It offers a beautiful view of water and sky. The additional atrium and skylight effectively enhance the natural light, with the large glass materials making the 8-meter-high space look even more spacious and bright.
In response to the development needs of the northern Wangjing area, Poly Plaza has built up a commercial and office complex covering a total floor area of 122,500 square meters. Within this complex, 33,700 square meters are for commercial operations, mainly catering to the daily needs of office workers. To ensure a balance between work and daily life in the surrounding area, the mall has also introduced a wide range of dining offerings to meet the needs of family customers and office workers looking for business banquets, family gatherings, and daily work meals.
Beijing Poly Plaza currently has stores of nearly 50 brands, including the first stores and those of designer brands. Some of the highlights include Rehab Vinyl's first store in China, FUSIONCO&MODEART (a store housing a diverse range of goods by global designers), and B.SNS.COFFEE's first store in Beijing. Also, its Climb On Gym (COG) is the largest climbing venue in Beijing, featuring professional climbing wall routes that cover all difficulty levels. June Shine Books occupies approximately 1,600 square meters and offers a variety of functional areas, including a children's reading area, a story theater, and a café, along with a semi-open reading area in the atrium on the mall's first floor.
