On March 7, the Beijing Municipal Social Insurance Fund Management Center and the Beijing Municipal Medical Insurance Affairs Management Center jointly announced that from April, all insured individuals who joined the social insurance system in 2022 and paid for at least one month are eligible to check and print digital copies of the 2022 Beijing Social Insurance Individual Payment Information Statement via multiple channels.

From April 1, insured people can check or print the 2022 Social Insurance Individual Payment Information Statement through a variety of channels, including the website http://fuwu.rsj.beijing.gov.cn/bjdkhy/ggfw/, the app and official WeChat account of Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the "Beijing Tong" app, the mini-programs of the "Beijing Tong" on Alipay, WeChat, and Baidu apps, and the self-service terminals inside the municipality's social insurance administration bodies.

In addition, insured people can also check through banking outlets. Many banks have opened enquiry channels, including more than a thousand self-service terminals in all the branches of ICBC, CCB, Bank of Beijing, and China Everbright Bank in Beijing as well as mobile banks of ICBC, Bank of Beijing, Everbright Bank, and China Merchants Bank.

After receiving the digital copy of the statement, the insured individual must check whether the 2022 personal payment status matches the actual situation. If the insured person has any objections to the content of the statement, the employer can verify and process the statement with the social insurance administration bodies and the medical insurance agencies before October 31, 2023, upon confirmation by the employer. If there is a dispute between the insured individual and the employer regarding the payment base, the insured must promptly file a complaint or report to the social security administration bodies and the medical insurance agencies.

Statements can still be obtained via mail and email services in Beijing. People who are insured and want to receive their statements via mail or email must apply before March 31.

The application can be made in two ways. The first option is for the insured person to submit an application to the employer, and the employer must report the change to the social insurance administration bodies. The second option is to log on to the Beijing Social Insurance Online Service Platform (http://rsj.beijing.gov.cn/csibiz/), go to the "Employee's Personal Business" section, select "Change of personal information of the insured" under the module of "Report Service Management", and choose the way to receive the statement.

People who choose to receive their statements via email can check and print the 2022 statement at the email address registered with social security after May 1. Those who choose to get their statements through the mail will receive a physical copy of the statement by the end of May.

Note: In 2022, Beijing adopted a phased implementation of deferred payment of social insurance. If the employer applied for a deferred payment of social insurance, the section for payment by the employer might appear empty on the social insurance statement.
