To facilitate residents in accessing medical insurance account information and personal balances, Alipay has recently launched a corresponding service. Users can enter Alipay's medical insurance e-voucher page to quickly check their balances, personal medical insurance payment status, personal consumption records of medical insurance and other related expenses.

Residents can search for "Medical Insurance (医保)" in Alipay or click "Card Package (卡包)" from the top right corner of the app's homepage, then select "Documents (证件)", and add more than a dozen commonly used personal documents, such as electronic medical insurance certificates, ID cards, social security cards, and driving licenses, to manage and use them at any time in case they don't have such certificates at hand when they are needed.
