On August 24, an exhibition named "Creations of the Wise: The Second National Exhibition of Arts and Crafts and the Second NMC Invitational Exhibition of Arts and Crafts" opened at the National Museum of China in Beijing. A total of 270 pieces (sets) of industrial art works collected from all over China are displayed in the event, as a manifestation of new handicrafts, skills, materials, innovations and works of modern industrial arts possessing both traditional value and modern spirit.
