We love our life to be filled with idle tunes of faint melancholy, be it jazz, blues, or latino, which all slow us down, or give a pause in time to allow for some idle thoughts and rare glimpses of the dizzy twilight at the sunset hour wherever we are in the numb flow of daily routine. Dazed, we pick up a lost moment of joy.

In this concert, the golden October finds us with Cheng Fangyuan, the popular singer who now sets herself in relief from the memory of many with her wholehearted embrace of classics old and new, foreign and Chinese, across many genres. Renewed is our memory of the tunes in her voice, and refreshed is the joy, lost or not, now recovered.
