The Health Kit's travel history verification process for people entering or exiting Beijing has been modified due to pandemic control and prevention requirements. Let's take a look.

If you have entered or exited Beijing during the last 14 days, when you use the Health Kit, a pop-up travel history verification alert will appear. What's new is that, after you click "Continue", all cities with medium- or high-risk areas will be displayed on the "Travel History Query" page.

For people who have not visited cities with medium- or high-risk areas

If you have not visited any of the cities with medium- or high-risk areas, please choose "No" on the "Travel History Query" page, authorize your mobile operator to access your travel history for the last 14 days, and then click "Yes" to go to the next step.

All the phone numbers in your personal information center will be verified via "digital big data travel records". Please enter the verification codes sent to you, and then click "Submit".

If it is confirmed that your phone(s) have not been used in cities with medium- or high-risk areas, and no other abnormal circumstances relating to you are detected, your health status will be set to "No abnormal conditions" and you can continue to use all of the Health Kit's functionality as normal.

If it is confirmed that your phone(s) have been used in a city with medium- or high-risk areas, you will be required to report your detailed travel history during the last 14 days. Please click "Report Travel History" to go to the next step. The next steps are the same as those for people who select "Yes" below (i.e. people who have visited cities with medium- or high-risk areas).

For people who have visited cities with medium- or high-risk areas

If you have visited any city with medium- or high-risk areas, please click "Yes", authorize your mobile operators to access your travel history for the last 14 days, and then click "Yes" to go to the next step.

Please refer to the list of cities with medium- or high-risk areas, and enter detailed information about the places (including Beijing) that you have visited in the last 14 days. Then confirm that all the information you have provided is true and valid, and click "Submit".

Note: You need only enter places you have visited from the list of cities with medium- or high-risk areas; you do not have to enter cities not included in this list.

The Health Kit will display a pop-up alert that will require that you register travel information if you have visited an area of medium- or high-risk. Please contact your local community center and work unit in order to comply with pandemic control and prevention requirements.

If it is verified that there are no medium- or high-risk areas among the places you have visited, and no other abnormal circumstances relating to you are detected, your health status will be set to "No abnormal conditions", and you can continue to use all of the Health Kit's functionality as normal.
