1. The Health Kit fails to display health status. 


In some cases, the result page of your health status on the Health Kit fails to load completely, such as not displaying the query result "No abnormal conditions", or photos, or anti-counterfeiting marquees.


Possible causes: insufficient storage of the mobile phone.


Solutions: when this problem occurs, you can restart the phone to clear cache before re-accessing the Health Kit. You can also clear cache manually via relevant features on your phone before re-accessing the Health Kit.


2.The Health Kit fails to display the Green Code for itinerary verification when you enter or return to Beijing. 


Possible causes: "Beijing" was not filled in the form for itinerary verification, or the travel information on the itinerary was incomplete, not the same as the information on the travel itinerary card.


Solutions: fill in "Beijing". If you forget or are uncertain about your recent itinerary, you can click the "Click to Query" button at the bottom of the page to check your itinerary. When filling your itinerary, make sure it is the same as the query result.
